SHIPPING POLICY

Here at Crafts and More, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please carefully review our shipping terms and conditions.

  • Brooklyn Delivery: For customers residing in Brooklyn, deliveries will be made on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
  • Monsey, Monroe Delivery: Orders Will be delivered to Monsey and Monroe on Wednesdays. Orders over $400 qualify for free shipping.
  • UPS Shipping: Orders for customers outside of Brooklyn, Monsey, and Monroe will be shipped via UPS. Delivery Typically takes 1-2 business days. Orders over $400 qualify for free shipping.

SHIPPING COST

For orders not eligible for free shipping, a flat rate of $15 will be applied. If your order contains particularly heavy items, we may need to charge an additional shipping fee. We will inform you of any additional charges before processing your order.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

RETURN POLICY

Returns
  • If your item is unused and in its original packaging, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase.
Restocking Fee
  • To help us process returns efficiently, a minimal restocking fee of 15% will be applied. This fee contributes to restocking costs and helps us keep our prices as low as possible.
How?
  • To start your return, just fill out the return authorization form: Return Authorization Form
  • When you package the returned items, remember to include the completed return form inside the box and clearly label your package with the sales order number.

Refund

  • You can expect to receive your refund within 7-14 business days.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and any associated expenses unless otherwise specified.

Seasonal items

Please be aware that seasonal items cannot be returned once the season has passed.

IMPORTANT!

  • Returns for errors: If we made a mistake in your order we will gladly rectify the situation. Please contact us within the next few days of receiving your order to report the error.
  • Damaged or defective items: In rare cases, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it or offer a full refund. Please contact us within the next few days of receiving your order to report the issue and provide photographic proof.
  • Shipping costs for returns due to errors on our part will be covered by us.
  • We strongly recommend familiarizing yourself with our product descriptions and specifications before making your purchase.
